Outline:
As future nursing professionals is essential for us to know the extensive range of diseases that can affect people health, also to teach people about it. For those reasons the next investigation is presented.
Purpose: to know about geohelminths parasites, taxonomy, life cycles, morphology, modes of transmission, symptoms and treatment.
Methods/materials/subjects/procedures: information given in parasitology classes, associated literature and web research.
Results/findings: the most important implications of geohelminths parasites and ways to prevent infection and possible disease.
Conclusions: to make evident the role of nursing professionals in health education to prevent diseases and patient caring.

Comparing two scientific articles

Goodnight everyone,
today I am comparing this two articles based in its abstracts,
"Pulmonary function in the pre and immediate postoperative period after open and laparoscopic gastric bypass for morbid obesity"(1) and "Obesity and Respiratory Diseases in Childhood"(2).

Referring to the abstracts’ structure, they are different:
the first article is very complete, includes in its abstract Background, Aim, Material and Methods, Results and conclusions
In the second article the abstract is simpler, just a background.
Now I’m writing a few words about the information given in the abstracts, the first article contains information related with Hypoventilation and Pickwick syndrome, respiratory problems linked with obese patients, so here is a study of how people who has obesity can improve by a surgery to lose weight.
The second abstract gives us information about Obese children and the relation between obesity and the increasing risk for asthma or obstructive sleep apnea.
In conclusion both articles have important information about respiratory diseases and it would be useful to read them.
